Venturers (young men and women ages 14-17)
Bring on the Adventure!

Enjoy mountain biking, rock-climbing, canoeing, kayaking, extended hikes and lots of camping.

These are just a few of the adventures you'll tackle in Scouting.

You'll enjoy your outdoor adventures as part of a team, working together with other young people to accomplish thrilling challenges.

Scouting gives every member a chance to be a leader.  It might involve running an activity, organizing a camp, or participating with other young people across your province or Canada in a youth forum.

What do you want to do?  Maybe you'd like to be a police officer, firefighter, or paramedic.  In Venturers, you can "try on" different exciting career options to see what's right for you.

Rovers (men and women ages 18-26)
Bring on the Adventure

The outdoors is an essential part of the Rover program.  Rovers often participate in adventurous activities like mountain climbing, white water rafting, or para-sailing.

Rovers also help their local communities by running service activities such as food drives, park clean-ups, and tree plantings.

Rovers meet in a group called a crew.  Rovers develop and manage their own program under the mentorship of a respected advisor.  Rovers adhere to a promise and motto.
